Actually, very few people are successful and lucky by chance. The true success begins with statement of the purpose, the formulation of the plan which then develops in a certain strategy. Trainers of sports teams study the opponents for weeks, planning the strategy of game which as they consider, will provide a victory. Managers, from the low-rank up to the most high-ranking, on a regular basis define short-term and long-term objectives which are designed to make their way to success and promotion more predictable and controlled.
